Course Description

NCOA Phase II is the second leadership course non-commissioned officers attend during their career. It's designed to teach troopers, from Private First Class to Sergeants, the fundamentals, roles, and responsibilities of being a Section Leader within the 7th Calvary Regiment. The course is approximately 2 hours long. Access to the forums is required during class.

Student Prerequisites

• Not currently placed under a temporary ban from NCOA events
• Minimum time in service of 45 days
• Minimum Rank of Private First Class and above
• No negative action or restrictions within the last 3 months (pending or on record)
• Motivation to help advance the 7th Cavalry as a leader and NCO
• Completion and graduation of NCOA Phase I

Temporary Bans

As of December 2019, due to the high rates of non-attendance by students to classes run by NCOA instructors without notification, S7 NCOA has put in place a temporary ban system for un-notified non-attendance.

If a student fails to attend an NCOA class and fails to inform the instructor that they will be unable to attend, they will be placed under a temporary ban from NCOA classes. The duration of this ban is for one month, after which classes will accept the member once more.
