FTX BATTLE OX
Situation:
This is the 4th Week of the Iranian War. US Forces are attacking two key domains in southwest Iran. The 2nd Armored Cavalry Regiment is leading the main attack on the city strongholds of western Kujari. 1st Battalion, 7th Cavalry is attacking an artillery battery position on the east in support of the 2nd ACR's advance. Tanks from 1/B/1-7 have linked up with Cavalry Scouts of Task Force Laser and have been attached to the Task Force as additional support.
Mission:
B/1-7 is to assault through and eliminate enemy forces within their AO, with priority going to ensuring the destruction of artillery units. Given harassing attacks performed by the scouts of 2/B/1-7 over the past week, the Iranian Army is expected to reinforce the position with T-72s and BMPs. Reinforcements are expected to come from the South West.
