Operation Catechism
Brief:
Faction: Hurston Dynamics Security Forces (HDSF)
Area of Operation: Hurston
Hostile Forces: XENOTHREAT
Situation:
The Anti-Alien Terrorist group known as the XENOTHREAT has reportedly taken control of the Aegis Idris within the Hurston Area. HDSF are scrambling to prevent a catastrophic breakthrough of the XENOTHREAT Task Force across weakly fortified Strongholds around Hurston. The XENOTHREAT Fleet has been crippled across the system, but Hurston is looking to make one final counter-attack to end the terrorist groups activity in the region once and for all.
Mission
HDSF have contracted the 7CAV to engage the XENOTHREAT Task Force in a decisive battle before their Task Force can muster together for a final devastating attack. Their IDRIS is an immediate priority and its Destruction and/or Seizure is of the utmost importance! Operation Catechism is a go!
Execution
Rally at HUR-L1 Green Glade Station. Operations begin at 0000z. Endex called at 0200z. Dismissal will take place immediately after Hotwash.
IMPORTANT
- Ships at Rally MUST be ready before operations begin. Any ammo/hardpoints stocking must be completed beforehand. We will be wasting NO time loading/unloading ships! This is the first come/first serve on sign up slots. Limited Slots for priority ships available!
- STYX-1 crew must be prepared to board and face immedite heavy combat within IDRIS.
XENOTHREAT Task Force last reported Muster Point. Current Location unknown. Last Seen in Hurston Dynamics area.
- Refill/Repair will be done at Hur-L1 as needed.
- Set spawns to HUR-L1 as well.
Sustainment

KNOW YOUR ROLE.
IMPORTANT
Sign Ups contain Priority, First Come First Serve. If Priority Slots need to be filled, you may be moved.
- Only select a role if you are able to sustain and afford the cost of operating/recalling the ship!
- If you sign up as Crew/Gunner, you will only be crew/gunner.
- Pilots → wear Pilot gear.
- Crews → Bring backpacks fitted the following: Food, Water, Medical Supplies.
- Troopers/Boarders --> Bring Heavy Armor, 180k uSCU backpacks, Medpens, Medgun, and plenty of Ammo.
- STYX-1 crew will be disembarking via HIPPER-1. Before boarding, troopers will be on standby in a seat.
- STYX-1 Crew will disembark and board via Dragonflies for an easier transition process. Dragonflies are equipped with scatterguns, make use during intial boarding.
Comms will be done via Discord & SRS DCS
