The Airborne School is proud to announce we will be conducting the Basic Air Assault Course for up to 8 highly motivated individuals. The BAAC focuses on the basics of loading and unloading from the UH-60 and CH-47 under base and field conditions, including the hot landing zone. The class is approximately 90 minutes (1.5 hours) long. There is a classroom portion, followed by dry walk-throughs, and then live inserts into hot and cold LZs.
Troopers Will Learn
- Theory, including capabilities, terminology, safety around aircraft, and commands
- Loading at base
- Unloading at a cold LZ
- Unloading at a hot LZ
- Loading at a PZ
- Graduated Basic Land Navigation [BOC]
- Graduated Basic Individual Training [BIT]
- Graduated Basic Radio Communication Course [BRCC]
- 11B paratroopers (C/1-7) exempt from graduation prerequisites
- No active negative action
- Pen and paper
- ArmA Reforger installed
