The DCS Initial Training Wing is proud to announce that we will be conducting The Basic Carrier Qualification Course for up to 8 highly motivated individuals. This course is designed to provide you with the concepts of Naval Aviation. This class will not be in-game, as this is a strictly theory-based course it will be held in 7th Cav Discord Classroom(s) with a Personnel Qualifications Sheet (PQS) to fill out, due NLT 90 "Cav" working days after course completion to become fully carrier qualified, 31JUL2026 @ 2359z.

- CASE I-III Takeoff and Landing Procedures
- Zip-Lip Communications
- Marshall Stack Procedures
- LSO Guidance
- Case I VFR Patterns
- TACAN/ILS/ACL
- No active negative action
- Pen and paper
- Owner of naval aircraft module in DCS
- Minimum of 2 students
- Maximum of 12 students
- A/ACD troopers given priority slotting
