The Arma Reforger Infantry School is proud to announce we will be conducting the Basic Orienteering Course for up to 12 highly motivated individuals. Basic Orienteering is focused on the skills and knowledge required to be able to read a map, use a compass and determine your location. The class is 60-75 minutes long. There is a classroom portion, followed by practical instruction throughout the instruction. This course, along with Basic Individual Training and Basic Radio Communication Course, are prerequisites for all other courses in Arma.
Troopers Will Learn
- Basic map symbology
- Minor and Major terrain features
- Identifying grids on the map
- Using a compass
- Map marking
- No active negative action
- Pen and paper
- Arma Reforger Installed
- A smile and a winning attitude

- Minimum of 4
- Maximum of 6 students per instructor up to 12 students
- Priority given to troopers newly graduated from RTC
