The Squad Combined Arms School proudly announces we will be conducting the Master Gunner Qualification [MGQ]. The Master Gunner Qualification is a culminating training evaluation focuses on the basic and advanced skills required of a crewman for an Infantry Fighting Vehicle or Main Battle Tank in the game of Squad. The course will certify students on being Subject Matter Experts (SME) on performing the different crew roles as a member in an IFV/MBT and how to tactically utilize the vehicle platform. This course may take up to 120 minutes (2 hours). This course is the capstone of the S7 Squad CAS Armor pathway, ultimately enabling you to earn your Master Gunner Badge.Troopers Will Review and be tested on:
- Vehicle Commander Roles
- Advanced methods of conducting engagements
- The importance/difference between Defilade and Enfilade
- Stabilized Gunnery Skills and Responsibilities
- No active negative action
- Pen and paper
- Squad installed and working before class start time
- The Squad Training Server Modpack downloaded
- Completed Basic Radio Communications Course (BRCC)
- Completed Basic Individual Training 1 + 2 [BIT1+2]
- Completed Squad CAS Advanced Crewman Course (Student MUST have scored Sharpshooter or Higher on Tank Weapons)
- Completed Squad CAS Track Commander Course
- Minimum of 2 students
- Maximum of 6 students
- Priority slotting: 3rd BN -> Regiment
