Operation "Desert Bane"
On the Iran-Iraq Border, Iranian-sponsored Insurgents have surged across the border to take advantage of an Iraqi government collapse.
Seizing the city of Basra and its strategic oil infrastructure, the Insurgents (along with local Militias) must contend with a force of US Marines dispatched from a nearby US Navy battlegroup.
The Marines must take back the city and its infrastructure as intact as possible. The Insurgents will put up stiff resistance and fight to the death.
