Company FTX "Exigent Circumstances"
Latvian NATO forces attempted to secure a critical supply route but was overrun during sustained enemy contact. Two of their officers were captured in the aftermath and are currently being held by hostile elements in the area. Intelligence indicates the captors are a proxy force equipped and supported by Russian Ground Forces, employing light to medium infantry with possible anti-armor capabilities. Enemy disposition suggests they are capable of rapid ambushes and delaying tactics but lack heavy mechanized support. Alpha Company, 3rd Battalion, 7th Cavalry Regiment (A/3-7), has been tasked to conduct an immediate rescue and extraction operation. The mission priority is to recover at least one officer alive, with the intent to disrupt enemy hold on friendly personnel and deny adversaries the opportunity to exploit captured officers for intelligence or propaganda purposes.
