The Arma Reforger Infantry School is proud to announce we will be conducting the Basic Orienteering Course for up to 12 highly motivated individuals. Basic Orienteering is focused on the skills and knowledge required to be able to read a map, use a compass and determine your location. The class is 60-75 minutes long. There is a classroom portion, followed by practical instruction and a navigation exercise. This course, along with Basic Individual Training and Basic Radio Communication Course, are prerequisites for all other courses in Arma.

Troopers Will Learn

• Minor and Major terrain features
• Identifying grids on the map
• Using a compass
• Map marking

• Priority given to troopers newly graduated from RTC
