Operational Intent
This week's iteration of Firefight Fridays will be a continuation of Operation Blackhorse Spear, 1st Battalion's effort to conquer the island of Everon from Russian forces.SITUATION:
After a successful air assault to cut off enemy reinforcements from the north in Montignac, intelligence reports that Russian forces have mustered an amphibious assault company in the vicinity of Morton, threatening 1-7's left flank. Bravo Troop, with their newly secured LAV-25 APCs, has been tasked with conducting a spoiling attack on the amphibious unit.
MISSION:
Bravo Troop conducts a spoiling attack to disrupt or destroy the Russian forces occupying the battalion's left flank.
