The S7 Department is proud to announce we will be conducting the NCOA Phase I course on
up to 15 highly motivated individuals. Please see below how to apply. If this exceeds 15 applicants then applicants will be accepted on a case-by-case basis.

Course Description
NCOA Phase I is the first leadership course non-commissioned officers attend during their careers. It's designed to teach troopers, from Private First Class and Specialists, the fundamentals of leading small groups of troopers. The course is approximately 2 hours long. The course teaches students the roles and responsibilities of leaders in the 7th Cavalry Regiment. Access to the forums is required during class.Student Prerequisites
- Minimum time in service of 45 days
- Minimum Rank Specialist, or Private First Class if you hold a SL/ASL billet
- No negative action or restrictions within the last 3 months (pending or on record)
- Motivation to help advance the 7th Cavalry as a leader and NCO
