Intelligence reports confirm that the ION (International Operations Network), working for an unknown third-party nation, is behind the disruption. With severe weather preventing other special forces from reaching the region in time, elements of the 7th Cavalry Regiment, stationed just 3 hours away, have been dispatched to the island to regain control of critical infrastructure and assess the full scope of the threat.
