Joint Operation with the 7th Ranger Group on 7Cav Tac 2
AO: GOS Dariyah
Brief:
14 Hours ago 5 UN investigators have been declared missing. They were on a fact-finding mission in the city of Ben Guerir, Dariyah. ICOM chatter indicates they have been abducted by local insurgent forces to be used as bargaining chips. Command had decided to set an example and rescue them in a show of strength. Civilian causalities are to be avoided at all costs.
Mission Info:
This is a Joint Operation with 7 Ranger Group. We are hosting this time, and the mission will happen on Tac 2 in the standard mission slot (this is to make it easier for them to participate). We are expecting 3 squads from each side, with 7CAV providing the Leadership for both platoons , as well as medical and transport. As such, we hope to run this as a Company sized op, but must be ready to adjust.
