Amid escalating tensions in Scandinavia following Russia's invasion of Finland, triggered by Finland and Sweden's NATO membership applications, NATO has invoked Article 5 in response to the invasion which Moscow's has stated that it only wishes to retake lands belonging its people, establish their Bastion defense and to stop NATO expansion. Mobilizing its Quick Reaction Force, notably the 7th Cavalry Regiment, NATO seeks to halt Russian advances and upholds Finland's sovereignty. With both sides escalating, the region faces the potential of global conflict, underscoring the urgent necessity for a rapid defeat of the Russian forces to bring Russia back to the negotiating table and attempt to get a more peaceful agreement and avert a potential world war.
