Sustains:

• Squad performed well. FTLs did a good job, had good comms. Made do after crash and radio issues worsened
• Squad did well with urban clearance. "Pretty freaking elite" at clearing buildings. Managed to clear large hotel quickly with Helios and fireteams working in parallel across floors
• Squad overall enjoyed the op

Improves:

• Second objective was too big. This caused squads to work mostly independently, caused us to be loose with coverage of danger areas and clearance of buildings
• Could've used some additional planning on how to tackle Seabring more effectively.
• Map seemed to have issues: Troopers reported having more crashes than on other maps, had assets floating around from destroyed buildings.
• When troopers have issues with crashes or getting Arma'd we NEED TO TP THEM BACK TO THEIR SQUADS. Had a trooper crash and have to take 15 minutes to get brought back. Had another trooper die due to the Humvees which are known to have bugs with the guns and have killed troopers in the past.

Pros:

• Squads performed well
• Helios did great getting rounds on target
• 7 did great covering an entire city with only two individuals
• Buffalo had great callouts on ISR, and put great rounds on target

Cons:

• Comms were actually quiet, again my fault for this as I could have checked in more and gotten more involved with squads.
• Use of smoke (green, yellow, purple) to mark casualties or deconflict friendly troops.
• Crash right at the end hurt momentum.
• Misunderstood Brief, thought civilians were only at church area, so I told Helios to mortar main town.
• Building destruction caused confusion from OIC brief but is understandable.
