Pros:

• Very proud of the squad and the troopers as a whole. Managed all contact, shifts, and movement with precision.
• Succession of command was automatic, Pioneer-3 was able to assume command of PL (probably a negative)
• Platoon staff being on top of everything made transitions seamless.
• Amazing operation, great campaign.

Cons:

• AI can shoot through tunnels?
• Allow CLS and 7 to take control of casualty, remaining troopers to continue fire support and pulling security.

1. Just me!

Pros:

• Breach was done extremely well with support from Pioneer 4, somehow avoiding the anti-personnel mines in the No Man's Land.
• I was able to provide resupply across all Pioneer elements, there was rarely a moment of a lack of ammunition.
• Set up and fired on multiple Target numbers that were Pre-Designated by myself.
• Successful detonation on the Mineshaft entrance with help from Pioneer-5.

Cons:

• Packet loss drove me nuts
• I used Command net for Fires which I thought would be a good idea due to 6 only having 1 radio at a certain point but it made 6R's job more difficult.
• I was the only Helios element in the duration of this OP

Pros:

• Map terrain made flights interesting
• Contact on LZ was intense and added to the excitement
• Stayed busy the duration of the op with several inserts including gear and different LZs

Cons:

• Not a big fan of night ops especially in tight LZs (Personal preference)
• I should have waved off the first LZ as the PKM knocked us as soon as wheels touched the ground
• Packet loss and lag was affecting me quite a bit especially when approaching the combat zone
• No other pilots showed up and seems to be a recurring issue as of lately
