Pros:

• It the op was fun for the medics
• We had no black tags in our care
• CLS did a great job calling on medical net
• Medics had to split up multiple times and were able to give care and then regroup

Cons:

• The factions being broke at the beginning
• the whole op in general seems disorganized from our standpoint
• there were a lot of time the squads were spread out and not in support range
• After crash we only had one CLS get back on 63.0 net with us

Sustains:

• All troopers had a great time, great operation and well coordinated from both S3 and the OIC
• Good communication and coordination, Pioneer playing together is making the ops better and more enjoyable
• CQB was executed on point, organized and by the book
• Despite the SL and 2IC losing comms, Bandit 1 was able to move forward and sustain the fight

Improves:

• When crossing open lanes of fire, Troopers need to call and confirm prior to moving
• Stuck on comms issue after reset, which delayed advance to objective
• Call outs (3D's) when in contact need some work

Pros:

• Solid OP tempo and scope. K-17s were tough but fair.
• All Bandit SLs did a fantastic job working to overcome Comms issues.
• Weapons team layed down a lot of hate!

Cons:

• Comms issues (likely caused by using Bacon saved loadouts).
• Sever crash for Replication error (3rd time in a row this has happened, I am thinking it is some sort of RU asset)
• Huge bug with Factioning upon spawn in (unsure of the cause of this, maybe multiple spawn points for the same faction?)
• 7Cav troopers out of uniform while in an official OP.
