+ Excellent flight coordination, quality leading from Melk, good wingman support, receptive flight members
+ Successful A2A refueling operations (F/A-18C)
+ Effective buddy lasing for AH64 (from Kiowa)
+ Good target coordination and splitting
+ Successful target engagement and kills
+ Racetrack coverage setup ensuring constant positioning
+ Minimal inter-flight conflict

Cons
- Ideally, we would have more A10s for better coverage and delegation
- A10 Waypoints did not match up with Rotary Waypoints
- Open Comms/Hot Mic-ing (From Command)
- Friendly Fire Incident (F-16)
- Additional Cross Training Suggested between Rotary/AV8Bs to maximize the use of laser guided munitions
