Actions:
  • Gunslinger-4 set up an outer perimeter around Arieville taking the blunt of the attacking Russian force.
  • Gunslinger-4 conducted multiple convoy disruptions outside the town of Arieville.
  • Gunslinger-4 tactically relocated to the border of Beauregard setting up Anti Tank corridors.
  • Gunslinger-4 initiated house clearing operations in the town of Beauregard successfully pushing out Russian Force.
  • Gunslinger-4 defended Beauregard till almost the 2:00hr mark.
  • Gunslinger-4 sent multiple AT teams to destroy enemy tanks.
  • Gunslinger-4 set up a tactical Air Defense Net over the farm objective.

Pros:
  • Great participation and discipline from squad throughout the entire operation.
  • Good breaking conduct from Arieville and moving through the corridor to Beauregard.
  • Great radio discipline and overall communication.
  • Overall good Platoon plan for the movement and engagements of troops over the course of operation.
  • Great maneuvering by small teams throughout the trees surrounding Arieville.
  • Told to "Strip" by Russian Captors, 10/10 would get lost in the town again and captured.
  • Great map choice/Great weather/time choice.
  • Most troopers had a good time, another good Midweek Mayhem in the books.

Cons:
  • Always could be more attendance, more squads to help the overall mission, especially from the public side.
  • More logistical foundation and planning/base building/multiple spawn points, etc. Some troopers felt that logistical stuff didn't matter decreasing the realism.
  • Seems to be a Midweek Mayhem trend to spawn big tanks/air support the last 30 minutes. I understand giving a armor a chance to play, but it ends up causing a massive instant change in operation dynamics to "Chickens Flocking to the coop to grab LAWs!" event the last part of the operation.
  • As the SL I could've worked on more clear direction/communication towards the end of the operation.
