Pros:
Good turnout
Good Cover from fighter/scouts
Some decent rocks
Good training for those that do not do alot of mining
Was able to chat to a few pub players when we moved in the SC Discord

Cons:
In Opords we need to start having a ship list of what ship types we want to see for the Op
Depending on Op type we need to mange our comms and have set ship Leads when possible.
Set a official Op length and then if people want to keep playing they can. This is to keep a stable Command structure.
