Pros:

• Mission overall design was excellent
• Troopers were done with PCC/PCI very quickly and able to move out quickly after briefing
• Gunslinger Platoon took very few casualties on their assaults
• Platoon reacted quickly to contact
• Platoon and Raider engaged a Company sized element or a little more throughout both objectives
• Excellent leadership work by Gunslinger 1,3 and 5 (there was no 2 or 4)
• Assault on the final objective went well despite the large imbalance of friendlies vs enemies
• Excellent reinserts by Raven
• Good Gun runs by Raider

Cons:

• This was my first mission as a Platoon Leader, there is a lot of small things to make better
• I did not call to push through contact and took some casualties during the initial insert
• I was unfamiliar with the map system as is used with infantry combat. There was confusion about colors and icons to be used
• ODIN was criminally underused during the mission. I figured out later that we could have been calling in a lot more fire missions, but we also didnt have an FO. My apologies for a boring operation for ODIN
• The last objective was a cluster, there was one Squad going up against about a platoon or stronger force. The objective was taken and the HVT was captured, but there were a couple of Black Tag casualties taken there
