Pros

• We had fun!
• Turtles are cool
• Squad worked well when following orders
• Mission was structured well with focused FRAGOs
• Solid FTLs about half way through turned the tide for organization

Cons

• Squad was disorganized
• Herding cats mostly, people doing their own thing a lot not listening to FTL/SL
• Comms before the new FTLs were scattered and broken
• Troopers need to learn to let things slide in combat, move on and take it to the AAR
• Hard to commit public and troopers to special operations

Good squad comm's and teamwork
Had fun within the operation overall
Effective flank security and ambush tactics
Kept team member alive while waiting for medics

Cons:
Loadout PCI's for some team members to launch
New additions late into the operations were not briefed which resulted in the aforementioned.
