Mueller -- Appeal Denied

Good evening gentlemen,
I was just permabanned on US East after two warnings by Mueller for attacking the HQ on, I believe the map was Omaha. Our team had capped all points
I was in a recon squad and we were actively taking out artillery and nodes, and it appears this upset 7th Cav Mueller who warned me, my squadmate GrimJaw24, and then warned the other recon squad as well. I'm not sure if they were banned too. I was warned only twice within a very short period of time until I was banned by another admin named Balazova.S. He then banned my teammate GrimJaw24 who was my sniper. If someone could review this, I would appreciate it. We weren't breaking any rules, and it was obvious that Mueller was upset that he was getting attacked on arty, as he was playing on the other team. I have always had a great experience with 7th Cav guys and have always preferred your servers, and have never witnessed admin abuse like this. It's disappointing to be permabanned for following the rules and playing the objective, which until today has never been an issue.

Posting the conversation I had with Balazova for visibility. Apparently calling Mueller a "bitch" in direct response to overt and repeated admin abuse is criteria for a permaban. Get a grip on your admins, 7th Cav. If they are going to act that petty by sending warnings for behavior that is explicitly within the rules (Recon squads taking out artillery and nodes in enemy HQ) and then clutch pearls when someone gets understandably upset in response to abusive admin behavior, it's pretty indicative that they aren't mature enough for admin powers to begin with.

I won't argue the details with you here, but I have reason to believe that wasn't the case, and either way is irrellevant. You were banned for admin disrespect, not for HQ camping.

So why was I warned for HQ camping? I made a joke about Mueller after he was already admin abusing. Was that inappropriate? Yes, but Mueller created the conditions for everyone being frustrated.

The proper recourse for perceived admin abuse is to make a post on our forums, not to insult the admin or call them names

We can argue about the subjectivity of humor, but two things are true:
Mueller abused his admin power because he was upset he was getting killed on arty
Mueller created the conditions for not just myself, but for my squadmate and the other recon squad to be agitated. I can see a temporary ban, but a straight up permaban because Mueller's feelings were hurt is laughable.

This one is easy.

I'm not going to get into a public debate about wether warnings were justified or not, but at no point is it a reasonable response on servers that someone else pays for, to call a rep from that community a Bitch, or outright state some nonsense like "their wife's boyfriend needs to get them in line".

That isn't a joke, that's outright disrespect of my community and it's members.
If you came to me and raised an issue about an admin behaving poorly, I'd open a review with our senior admins and start looking through their conduct.
You didn't do that, you made personal attacks.

Freedom of Speech does not equate to Freedom from Consequence.


There are alot of servers, enjoy one of the others. Maybe they enjoy that kind of vitrol.
