Pros

• Bradley Performance (Infantry Kill Count): Successfully eliminated many enemy infantry while using the Bradley Fighting Vehicle.
• Callouts and Tactical Awareness: Improved communication and callouts help enhance situational awareness and team coordination.
• Potential for Vehicle Combat Improvement: Identified the need to practice gunning with the Bradley, showing a commitment to improve skills.
• Focus on Weak Points: Acknowledges the importance of targeting weak points on enemy vehicles, a key strategy in armored combat.

Cons

• Not Playing to Roles: Lack of adherence to assigned roles creates gaps in team functionality.
• Giving Up Too Soon: Premature disengagement can lead to missed opportunities and reduced morale.
• Uncoordinated Movement: Running around excessively without strategy weakens team cohesion and effectiveness.
• Encirclement: Poor positioning or communication led to the team being surrounded and overwhelmed.
• Difficulty Locating Enemy: Lack of reconnaissance or awareness hindered engagement success.

Pros

• Consistent PvP practice has paid off over the last two and a half months.
• Platoon communications were clear and concise. Nobody was crowding the net.
• Platoon organization was well executed by Section Leaders.
• Excellent HAB placement and sustained logistics.
• Fireteam bounding appeared on point.
• Utilized the IFV's effectively.
• Good folks to spend time with. Lots of laughs and just enjoyable.
• Overall, well done by Raider Platoon. I look forward to continued improvement and refining our skills further.

Cons

• Minor asset abandonment, need to utilize all tools we have available to us. Especially casualty-producing systems/force multipliers.
• Need to improve on section-to-section bounding. One section establishes support by fire, while another section leapfrogs over them. Ensuring proper coverage, especially along LDA's & ODA's.
• Okay turnout, hope for better turnout in the new year!
• In future, if we implement rules on not talking when down, we need to work a succession of command.
• Clarify in future the rules during briefing, I heard that some thought we had to wait to revive.
