Pros
  • squad based movement was on point, we worked well as a group.
  • Corporal Frost dealt with organizing multiple mass CAS situations & cover for the medics.
  • Specialist Wolfe made up half the healing of our unit, mending to 16 different downed casualties.
  • The logistics truck was fully supplied with 2000 ammo when we left and we used over 1300-1400 of it.
  • Frost successfully took out the enemy tank emplacement.
  • Hellbender 3 took out multiple FOB/radio emplacements impeding on any flanks the enemy had to offer including the mortar HAB.
  • Final push seemed a bit more coordinated with command elements, and we were able to push past danger areas to be extracted.
Cons
  • The communication during the convoy significantly could of been better, the lead vehicle dictates the convoy. Please advise command units if we have obstructions or certain maneuvers. If we do not get this information we have to follow the standing orders to push through/past or it will be a direct breach of orders given.
  • Hellbender 3 was broken up into two vehicles consisting of no weapons to defend themselves. This made us feel defenseless and had to be babied at times. It was interesting to have a different dynamic, but if this is the case communication needs to be top priority.
  • No HABs were built, we survived off of rallies alone, not a bad thing but I am unsure if anyone was truly tasked with creating structures.
Other
Specialist Moe and his crew all fought bravely, they shall not be forgotten... but "it was an acceptable loss" (Sorry had to say it Moe)
If we ever have another ammo resupply vehicle like that again, I will try and get SITREP's from all the other sections to see how they are doing for supply.

Pros

  • The players thoroughly enjoyed themselves.
  • Friendly vehicles remained operational for the majority of the mission.
  • Communication within the section was solid and effective throughout.
  • A solid number of enemies and well-placed enemy bots added to the challenge and engagement.
Cons
  • Initially faced challenges in organizing and executing the rollout, as the column movement lacked smooth coordination.
  • The operation began with a tough experience, marked by vehicle losses and significant friendly casualties.
  • Communication with leadership was challenging, with frequent delays waiting for orders while remaining idle. This left the section feeling anxious about the next objective and frustrated to continue advancing.
  • Focus more on building HABs and making frequent use of rallies to maintain momentum and ensure effective reinforcement.

Pros
  • Once the Operation starting to build steam, the communication was outstanding.
  • Everyone had a blast playing and working to take out better equipped enemy forces.
  • As Element Leader, witnessed several Combat Medal worthy actions occur within the element.
  • Combat Controllers adapted to issues as best as possible, making the Operation enjoyable even through unforeseen issues/glitches.
Cons
  • Communications at the onset of the Operation was abysmal.
  • Night Vision Optics filters and hotkeys need to be briefed during Rally, also advise against using NVOs until the coding has been patched. There should be no reason a hay bale shows "hot" in the thermal/IR setting, but an enemy trooper does not.
  • Troopers self identified the need to work on spacing while conducting military style movements.
  • The FLOATING GUN.
