I've worked myself up in my last unit for a rifleman to Unit Command via multiple ranks starting from squad 2IC, 1IC up to Operations as HR lead and then became Platoon Leader and eventually Unit Commander and ran the unit for more then a year now, putting multiple inprovements and trainings in place as wel as improving the experience for all players. There was a long time where we had a very unhappy playerbase due to bad management but I managed to correct this. I'm also currently Creative Team Head that is responsible for most of the missions and documents of the unit.
I've been rifleman/marksman in 2 old units, but those were very short term.
