PROS:

• Great attendance and community engagement both internally and externally.
• Formed up in good time considering time adjustments, and had immediate activity in the PU.
• Good teamwork from the medical and security teams.
• Teamwork was effectively utilized.
• Follow-up communication to the injured player was effective and consistent.

CONS:

• Due to server implecations, the ETA for the grouping was delayed by 10 minutes
• Weather on planet made it difficult to hear instructor.
