Not really. I play games with a group of friends for the past ten years. We have a clan. but nothing serious like what you guys run. The only problem I would have is your requirements for attendance at meetings and training. I have a family that comes first so I may not be able to attend. Other than that I see no issues on my part. Hope this is acceptable for you
