I understand as per the SOP that an Article 15 Investigation alone can't be tracked on a MILPACS. But if a person wanted to review the outcome of an Article 15 investigation (especially) if that person was apart of the investigation (weather a member or not) are they allowed to review the results of said Article 15 result and Investigation. Very interested as to the result of an Article 15 that was dismissed that resulted in my departure from 7th Cav.

Hello,

Thank you for your question, but the short answer is that due to privacy concerns, the answer is no, and those types of investigation details and evidence are for the accused and the direct CoC involved to share alone. That's to protect the privacy of the individual(s) involved in the investigation, or any disciplinary process. This privacy is important to protect the integrity of the process and keep it free from reprisals from outside influences. We'd do the same for all members, including you!

Thank you again for your question, and if there's any other questions I can help you with about this subject, please feel free to reach out to me on Discord directly.
