Handful of smaller 20-30 player per op groups, as a pilot, squad leader and trainer for medical, jtac and pilot, and backend server admin. Previous member of STG american milsim, north american group where I cannot make their op times anymore, so moved out of service to just a friend of the group. Served them as a first sergeant head of training for a few months, moved on to creating their air section and lead the training for Air.
