I've just had a look all servers appear to be online.
Which ones are you trying to connect to?

If you're looking for Arma3 servers you need to search =7Cav=
Also you need to click from the favorite tab over to recent or another tab to get the search to refresh the list. I recommend you favorite them as well then they'll show up faster or at least they do for me.
