Pros:
  • Successfully took two sectors with 2 sabres and 1 Viking squad.
  • Effective SBF and observation.
  • Good communication between all assets.
  • Top work from 5 and Atlas 6 which kept the support assets on point with the attacking force.
  • Bounced back from overwhelming odds and major casualties.
  • Massive public player turnout with 50/50 filling slots.
  • Adaptation of tactics against situation.
Cons:

  • Sabre assets are paramount to the mission success. Without them the infantry becomes almost lost as T numbered tanks are not widely effected by shoulder mounted AT. This led to half an hour downtime whilst we waited for someone to take said role.
  • Perhaps a middle ground could be found with a TOW launcher or TOW Humvee/Stryker. This would give us the effective means to engage armour but still not give troopers the upper hand.
  • Atlas could do with being able to stitch and attend to troopers without needing them to be inside medical vehicles. This led to a que to be attended to and slowed down advance further.
  • From an infantry perspective it became a hard slog against an overwhelming force at times, without the means to engage, and led to multiple casualties.

Pros:
Good Communications

Cons:
Cannot re-arm Atlas-4 vehicle without a second Atlas-4 vehicle nearby.
Bleed out speed too fast.
Stitching inside the vehicle requires too many steps when trying to treat and stabilize. Recommend switching to stitching requiring the vehicle nearby instead.

Pros:
-1 Squad vs 2 Companies of Mechanized and Armor and we won
-Troopers understood reason of movement and mission intent
-Target rich environment
-minimal casualties (considering the enemy size), approximately 18 black tags.
-Understood Commander intent to SL and SL to Commander
-Skeleton crewed a striker successfully
- we fluidly changed tactics to be defensive to allow for mission to be successfully

Cons:
-Took such overwhelming firepower from the mechanized and armor company we had 2 squad wipes over 6 hours
-We lack firepower enough to combat enemy armor as infantry viking units, without saber units we would be ineffective
-only had 1 squad, we lacked a maneuver element and had to rely on saber to be any kind of support
-I as the SL failed to remember usage of Drones or 320 launched Hunt IR
-we wiped 2 times and suffered numerous casualties
-enemy successfully pinned my squad due to my slow order to maneuver

SL Remarks:
-it would be in our interest as infantry to have access to Javelin missiles
-our Strikers could use a boost in adding mk19, or TOW missiles to allow for a more even footing against our enemy
