unable to access discord since update

I am unable to access any of the discord, when I brought the issue up to LTG Burgundy he informed me that there was a sync and I needed to "check the forums," I have no option to link my previous account and little access the forums and I am not listed under the current Milpacs for this website, I found mine under the master milpac list.
