Pros:
- Good work tonight, mission was completed
- Comms were alright
- Carrier traffic was better this week
- Mission and briefing started on time.
- Op was quite clean, but short today.
- Good landings and diversions due to fuel state
Cons:
- Long flight time to target, led to a lot of fuel management issues.
- Need to work on setting a designated flight command structure e.g. flight lead, flight 2IC. Then have pilots listen onto GCI for updates and tasking if required.
- 4 lost aircraft
- Carrier too far
- SEAD altitute is low
