• Good flight coordination

• H60 camera still funky when used by co-pilot
• My pen died while taking down a 5-line and it was not cool

Pros:

• Great OP, kept busy but not overwhelmed, Fantastic setup, Briefing, Op Or ect....
• Great comms with Flight and Infidel.
• Excellent coordination with aviation/infidel, some of the best I've ever been around/seen.
• Zero blue on blue had a couple of close calls but Infidel called abort codes just in time.
• Sound CSAR practice x2
• Bison 2 Abbassi.G and Sinca.J did a fantastic job dealing with AA threats and acting as eyes for Flight/Infidel

Cons:

• H60 camera's are PITA bounce all over, won't sit still and when stabilized they occasionally wander off?
• Got engaged leaving the AO 1.0-1.5 km away not sure how enemy was able to effectively target us at that range/speed?
• Weapons loadouts on Bison(s) could have been better off the hop. Lots of armour and no guided munitions

Pros:

• Very fun operation, with lots of enemy contacts
• Support from air, Infidel, and Atlas was great

Cons:

• Our first assault on the objective failed, and a break contact order was called for the whole platoon and was carried out with very poor results
• Could use better radio communication from SL's w/ brevity, SITREP's / ACE reports /contact reports, SPOTREPS, etc.
• Individual Squad movements and battle drill reactions could have been better w/ SL's developing courses of action (COA's) like squad attacks to react to contact, etc.
• Command and control broke down after Platoon Staff was unconscious/dead, so 3IC and 4IC's need to be aware and step up

Pros:

• Great and Fun operation concept overall where we got beaten hard at first but at 2nd attempt we pulled it off.
• Troops had fun.
• Good building CQB clearance.
• Despite limited ammount of people within unit, we managed to stay effectice.

Cons:

• Chaos at the start.
• Lack of 3D's during reports made spotting enemies complicated, add lost of trees that covered also complicated things.
• Lack of leadership experience of SL still shows.

Retired Old Persons Home:

Pros:

• Good time
• 4/2 had great fire and maneuver
• Quick Movement/However we were ahead of the platoon at some moments
• The Heavy KORD gun was a good moment
• CCP/Fall back moment was another good moment
• Good movement off the LZ to RP with Weapon set up

Cons:

• We did not pre fire on the known positions with our arty
• We assaulted prior to the enemy Mortars destruction
• We did not bring a M3 MAAWs when fighting an airborne mechanized Battalion
• Although the Micro terrain was fantasic, it gave us no dominate SBF positions leaving us unable to cover the platoon
• The KORD gun left us pinned for far too long, we had return fire but until we flanked we were decisively loosing that engagement
• PLT comms were a mess
• 4ths plans for the assault were hard to adhere by due to terrain
• 1 black tag casualty

Pros:
Good pace and leadership decisions.
Tons of fun thanks to the level of contact and casualties!
Good communication, movement, and decision-making.

Cons:
We did have a few black tags due to a large-scale mas-cas event during our initial push.

Pros:

• Enjoyed the operation as a whole.
• A lot of contacts, which kept it a controlled chaos type pace. I think most enjoy this, because you are constantly having to stay on your toes.
• I believe the squad also enjoyed the challenge of the operation as well.

Cons:

• I believe the conduct of our breaking contact could have been executed better. In terms of our squad, that was on me.
• I felt like at times we would get bogged down, making our movement and movement to contact a bit slow. I also believe I could have been better in this area.
• Platoon comms would get a bit chaotic at times.
• I believe we failed to prioritize casualties at times in terms of Leadership roles as well as Weapon System.
• Wasn't my best showing as SL, and still have plenty of room for improvement.
