Actionable Feedback:
  1. Server Crashes on both Training and Event servers did not allow for the operation to be completed as intended.
  2. Everyone liked the concept and how things were progressing, improvement on team cohesion and setup speed increased each time map was reset
  3. Very much looking forward to running it back next month!

Pros:
  • Excellent communication for Armored and Infantry elements in initial stages of both rounds.
  • Great Operation idea and "execution"
  • Good recovery from first server crash and carrying on with attempting the second go at FTX
  • Popping both Tac 1-2 servers after FTX as recompense for no FTX
Cons:
  • Server Disconnecting
  • Should consider new server hosting since issues are arising every day it seems now

  • First time coordinating setup as FTL gave me a chance to organize deployments and redeployments
  • Operation was well laid out and planned
