Pros:
- Great Communication, Comms and Pings.
- Call outs and intel from SL's was concise and accurate.
- Designated defensive squads were extremely useful, and tactically sound.
- QRF (Independent garrisons / sweeper squads) were highly effective at building our momentum and shutting down the enemy's.
- Winning two games in a row against another community is a big morale booster.
Cons:
- Armor squad to squad team work was at times disruptive and un-coordinated.
- Squad to Squad tactics and communication need to be refined.
- Increase attention / designate Discord Liaison to catch and assist latecomers.
- Fine tune QRF on defensive game modes.
- Fortify 2nd last OBJ not Mid.
- Lack of defense on newly placed garrisons.
Feedback/Solutions:
- Section Practices For Tank columns.
- Squad to Squad level tactics need to be practiced.
- Additional training of "QRF"
- More organized battle plans should be drawn up and worked on with all SL's taking part in OP's
- Congratulations Troopers of 1/B/ACD for your first community "Clan vs Clan" wins!!! You all displayed Bravery and showed how executing our training and team work on the battle field make us an opponent not to be under estimated.
MESS WITH THE HONK, YOU GET THE BONK!
