Pros:

• High level of competition
• Troopers displayed great commitment and attitude on both teams
• SPC.Samba.S made excellent tactical decisions as Commander, which lead to his teams victory.
• Cav v Cav can be used a great training tool.

Cons:

• Public Servers proving difficult to locate a suitable lobby.
• Reliance on public squads lead to difficulties.
• At time very poor communication and reactions to commands.
• SPC.Padlock taking tactical risks which failed to reap rewards.

Feedback/Solutions:

• Cav v Cav is the perfect recruitment tool in game, Can control the game to allow to maximise recruitment.
• Work with troopers at SP, in effective communication.
• Great opportunity with multiple troopers 'Live streaming', to review operational decisions and learn from mistakes.
• Public aspect is out of our control, must learn to adapt leadership style/ decisions to suit situation.

A fantastic Operation, such high level of competition will only strengthen us a Combat Detachment. Every Trooper's pride and commitment to the cause is admirable and is what separates 7th Cavalry from its competition.
