Pros

• Nice mission concept
• Got to utilise the MH-6M in an urban setting, rare
• Good procedures with Pegasus & ATC

Cons

• Consideration of LZ selection by ground forces. Was numerous obstacles/obstructions in the LZ path.

Pros

• Lots of gun runs and missile strikes made fun times for HOG
• Great comm. with other air assets, as well as ATC
• Having a proper ATC was awesome
• Didn't Crash the C130

Cons

• Sniper element was told buy "6" to push up to breach. They ended up 300m north of infantry, breaching alone, which resulted in a blue on blue due to lack of communication between ground elements
• Not enough snacks

Pros

• Good fun by everyone
• Very solid performance by FTLs, good communication and independent action.
• FTLs stepping up to succeed was very nice to see.
• The whole Special Forces setting seems to be a hit so far.
• HALO jumping is always really cool.
• Personal note, got to do a jump brief and lead a huge squad, challenging but really fun

Cons

• Beginning of the op, i.e. driving to a friendly airfield felt weird and made it a slow start.
• Some unresponsiveness by team members. Can be understood with the size of the teams early on in the operation.
• The SF setting could still be embraced a bit more by everyone
• Towards the end a lot of teams were running into line of fires from the other teams.
• PZ confusion, felt like we were needlessly getting dragged around.
• Hard to slot into the squad later in the op due to size and the hectic situation.

Pros

• Excellent premise and well constructed op
• All seemed to really enjoy it
• Phantom and 0511 both performed very well
• Infidel and air assets were timely and effective

Cons

• Blue on blue was something of an issue
• 0511 probably needed to be split into at least 1 other element. Having large groups with few people in between to coordinate information up and down creates chaos
