Pros:

  • Solid work in the team when we were short manned. Everyone knew their job and performed great despite the situation
  • We worked well in the South to a point, but needed to flex a bit when other areas got overwhelmed
  • Communication was great on every level, no excess chatter and everything was to the point
Cons:
  • We were short a couple guys which make our defensive lines thinner.
  • We could never extend as far south as they did, which allowed them to wrap around us
  • WN4 is a terrible point for Axis to retake

Element Callsign: Airborne Team Leader
Element Leader: Captain Swanson.B
7th Cavalry Personnel Within Element: Specialist Cazeault.J, Specialist Austin.M, Specialist Ingram.M, Specialist Stevenson.A

Pros:

  • Airborne destroyed 19 enemy garrisons and multiple outposts.
  • Airborne destroyed multiple tanks and repair station
  • Stevenson and I built a lot of good red zone garrison that stayed up for a long time
  • We flexed around A LOT. We weren't afraid of dismantling our squad to join other teams in good position.
  • Very good communication from Ingram (our only Recon) He called out many tanks and enemy flow
  • Communication was on point tonight. Command comms was clear and discord team comms was also very good
Cons:
  • The enemy team had a lot of repair station and their tank felt invinsible. I think we should do the same thing to help our tank. I know we had some, but the enemy team had 4-5 up at all time, everywhere in the map.
  • They got some waves of the airheads. We cant let that happen. Have more eyes in the air and be more reactive for drops

Pros:
  • Great Comms
  • Competetive Match
  • Rules were all followed, which is always great
  • Fluidity between Units was good
Cons:

  • Blue Team (South) was woefully undermanned to accomplish our Objectives, It was Mission Impossible. We had a total of 6 players for some of the most critical real estate. Perhaps a review of manpower for Color Teams per OBJs orientation on Map is needed.
  • Match Start may have been slightly flawed, we should have prioritized Chapel (Intersection MSR) along with the OBJ and the 2 story "Grandmas House". The enemy sent large forces Mid to start.

Pros:
  • Seeing new recruits and new players join the Exfor for the first time. They fold right in and learned on the fly and played really well within the 7-man system and color team.
  • Good communication between squads, lots of good movement between teams when we needed it to defend and capture the point.
  • Good positivity when we lost the point and we came real close to retaking.
Cons:
  • Rockets > Satchels.
  • Need better eyes up to spot air drops.
  • Left the point a little undefended once we defeated their main push.
  • Lets to push our trucks too close together when capturing mid, we got hurt bad because of the fast recon tank mid took out a lot of guys.

Pros:
  • Strong overall attendance particularly from newer members of the Cav
  • It was nice to have a close game and really get challenged by the enemy team
  • Overall I think pings were on point and communications were clear.
  • Koala did an excellent job of anchoring down the north map edge and supporting Green's hold on the left flank. That flank only fell due to a recon tank that did a wide flank and was able to disrupt him.
Cons:
  • It felt like we got outmanned on the southern flank. Being unable to hold that flank (especially Church) made it hard to get forward progress and also hard to prevent their elements from wrapping around
  • Had difficulty taking ground last night. It felt a lot more difficult than our usual efforts.
  • Need to work on running more infantry AT
  • My personal performance was not up-to-par. While my control of territory felt appropriate (primarily helping Blue team hold Grandma's house), I was not able to effectively engage enemy armor last night or secure as many kills as I would like.
