ROE #3 is not valid?
1sg.Mueller.h is saying ROE 3 (mid HQ spawn camping is allowed) as today few minutes ago. What happened: spawned mid hq, opened map to look, got killed within 3 seconds of spawn. Grandpa Joeher headshot me using 1903 from behind. Folks kept spawn camping anyway. 1sg.Mueller.h says its allowed...- Tumen.S
