According to S3 SOP on ARR section 9.1.3 they say mission OIC or a replacement must have the AAR posted within 24 hours but you have 5 days to fill in the attendance before S1 does the final check. Since this is based on the calendar that the AAR was posted on day 7 it is out of the SOP...
