I love the H&M mission set, but I honestly feel that it's more suited for organised gameplay instead of long term uptime on a public server unless we can fix some of these issues.
The 'Hearts & Minds' mission file's default parameters need to be altered a little bit. Even after doing a little experiment where I completed several side missions and did nothing to lower reputation, civilians still said that our rep was low.

I had to edit the server CBA settings last night, make sure the mission's CBA settings are set to "Medical facilities and Vehicles" for surgery, else there's literally no point in doing surgery in the field, as we have auto-heal pads at base.
I'm seeing a trend on liberation where the general playerbase solely adopts opfor vehicles and it's starting to get a little concerning. Seems like people just abandon doing logistics in favour of using OPFOR vehicles instead.

With the latest ACE3 update, I would like to propose a change to the CBA config:
I would like this setting to be enabled at a low but reasonable percentage, say 1-8%. This effectively prevents people from doing unreasonable and stupid parachute tactics. Opening your chute at 100m or less...
We really need a tent or medical building at base that heals people when you enter it, so we can medivac people who are down and require healing. As of now there is no way to full heal at base without a medic.

I was on Fallujah liberation yesterday and having an absolute blast. The only comment I'd make is we're going up against an absurd number of AI sometimes, but that might be because two objectives are near eachother.
AI should not be using their AT weaponry as their primary means to engage infantry.. I mean, 7 RPGs in the space of 25 seconds against 3 soldiers with no vehicles in sight.. A little silly.
