• Great Op
• Great coms from CLS's and Platoon for medical calls
• No Black tags in care of the medic

Cons:

• Weird crash made everyone crash for unknown reason
• Unable to drop the medical box from the heavy backpack to the ground for resupply.

Pros:

• M4 started off small and punched way above our weight. Excellent execution by all members tonight on all fronts. Only 1 black tag and that was due to terrain issues.
• Platoon/SL's worked extremely well together this evening, good comms all around and we all made the smart choices and took our time and did the work.
• Great work with Helios! M4 had to FRAGO and provide road security for Helios while they cleared IEDs and it provided us with a great position to cover the maneuver squads as well.

Cons:

• I have to work on my ALDO's and a little bit more fire rate control, especially in a "short on ammo" OP with terrain between us and the Humvees.

Pros:

• Good operation. Blew stuff up and killed lots of people.
• True Milsim in a perfect terrain.
• Seeing different units do stuff as we passed them was cool and immersive.
• Mountain Goats. Great guys with loads of whimsical calls. The wet noodle of operation.
• Great map with interesting terrain.

Cons:

• Calling contacts instead of just shooiting. (Atleast call after shoot)
• Bushes casing unknown black tags. (Someone dies behind a bush and goes unnoticed)
• Wasn't longer.
• SL is rusty, felt out of depth. Need more back to basic as a Leader.
• Better cordination between FTs. (Controlling the stack)

Pros:

• Op design and theme was fantastic
• Level of contact was good and consistent
• Terrain was a bit different and interesting
• Great Platoon and support asset coordination
• Good to see combined arms in effect
• New weapons are still cool
• Really liked inclusion of Helios in a way that wasn't disruptive

Cons:

• Incline was a bit much at times
• Would have been nice to have more contact in close in some of the trees
• Incident with another squad killing a suicide bomber danger close to M1

Pros:

• Squads were communicative and reactive to the situation. Coordinating with Platoon Staff and with each other.
• Billy Goats through the terrain to take concealed positions around the high ground.
• Achieved all objectives.
• The platoon was pretty close together giving it a degree of flexibility in responding to the situation.

Cons:

• Really hard to think of any for this one.
