Mission:
Following an escalation between the nations of Altis and Turkey, Altis forces have conducted a number of strikes on the cities of Istanbul and Ankara, killing a number of Turkish military personnel and civilians and wounding a number of European and US diplomats.
Carrier Group 11 has been directed to the Mediterranean to conduct a number of strikes against the nation of Altis to cripple its air and anti-air capabilities ahead of a large naval invasion. This group has also received a number of ODA teams to help with these strikes and locating additional targets on the island.
Additional Notes:
This will be treated more as a gamemode than an operation. It will be run on the TacR server for six hours with the expectation that it will begin with a strong European presence and as the mission goes on will transition to US players. There is no expectation that players will stay on consistently for the whole six hours. Attendance will count for anyone who spends more than an hour on the server between 1800Z and 2359Z.
