Russian forces have crossed into the small, Eastern European nation of Livonia in an attempt to bring it under their control. As a NATO member state, this action has triggered an Article-5 response with US forces being rapidly deployed piecemeal into Livonia to stall the Russian advance while other member states organize their response forces. One of these efforts is focused on the Nadbor region where Livonian forces have managed to stop Russian airborne forces attempting to push across the Biela River.
While Livonian forces have managed to halt the Russians at the Biela, they have been badly mauled in the process and it is now up to elements of the 7th Cavalry Regiment to pick up where the Livonians left off, pushing the Airborne troops off of the river and back towards the Russian border.
