The Squad Combined Arms School is proud to announce that we will be conducting the Combat Lifesaver Course. The CLS course is focused on the fundamentals of effective lifesaving measures while acting as a combat lifesaver in Squad. There is a classroom portion followed by live-fire exercises at the Squad level. The class is 90 minutes (1.5 hours) long.
Troopers Will Learn
- Basics of the CLS loadout
- Best practices for casualty recovery
- Effective communications as a CLS
- Risk assessment
- Reacting to contact as a CLS
Student Prerequisites
- Completion of Basic Assault and Movement Course [BAMC]
- No active negative action
- Pen and paper
- Squad installed and working prior to class start time
Notes
- Minimum of 4 students
- Maximum of 8 students
- Priority is given to troopers assigned to a billet in Squad
- If you sign up for a class and are unable to attend, please reply in this post letting us know ahead of time so we can give someone else your slot
