Course Description
NCOA Phase II is the second leadership course non-commissioned officers attend during their careers. It is designed to teach troopers, from Private First Class to Sergeants, the fundamentals, roles, and responsibilities of being a Section Leader within the 7th Cavalry Regiment. The course is approximately 2 hours long. Access to the forums is required during class.Student Prerequisites
- Minimum time in service of 45 days
- Minimum Rank of Specialist, or Private First Class if you hold a SL/ASL billet
- No negative action or restrictions within the last 3 months (pending or on record)
- Motivation to help advance the 7th Cavalry as a leader and NCO
- Completion and graduation of NCOA Phase I
