The Squad Combined Arms School proudly announces we will be conducting the Basic Leader Course [BLC]. The Basic Leader Course focuses on the fundamental duties of a Fire Team Leader in the game of Squad. The course will teach students how to perform the duties of a Fire Team Leader within a Squad, prepare his team and successfully lead it through an operational environment. You will need to complete this course to make further advances in the 7th Cavalry. This course may take up to 120 minutes (2 hours). This course is part of the S7 Squad CAS Logistics & Engineering, the Mechanized Infantry and the Infantry pathway, ultimately enabling you to earn your Cavalry Spurs, Sapper tab or Ranger tab.Troopers Will Learn
- The Fire Team Composition
- The Role and Responsibilities of the Fire Team Leader
- How to control Fire Team movement
- How to give ACE reports and SITREPs
- How to conduct basic maneuver and procedures with their Fire Team
- No active negative action
- Pen and paper
- Squad installed and working before class start time
- The Squad Training Server Modpack downloaded
- Completed Basic Radio Communications Course (BRCC)
- Completed Basic Individual Training 1 + 2 [BIT1+2]
- Minimum of 2 students
- Maximum of 4 students
- Priority slotting: C/ACD -> Regiment
